For authorized "Archive Concepts," products are manufactured based on final design alignment. If the delivered product adheres to the established design, features, and technical description: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Due to the personalized nature of bespoke apparel—crafted to individual measurements and aesthetics—these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.
Eligible returns for standard inventory must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt. Grounds for return include:
Merchandise must remain in pristine, unworn condition with original tags intact.
Bespoke orders (Archive Concepts) may be cancelled within a strictly enforced 12-hour window post-settlement. Beyond this period, raw material procurement and production scheduling render the order non-cancellable.
If a bespoke item deviates from the agreed-upon technical design, detailed photographic evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. NØVÁRE reserves the right to evaluate the shipment against pre-production records to authorize local modification or credit.
