All standard ready-to-wear items displayed on our website are currently in stock and available for immediate fulfillment unless explicitly marked as "Out of Stock" or "Pre-order". Bespoke items are made-to-order and subject to raw material availability.

For authorized "Archive Concepts," products are manufactured based on final design alignment. If the delivered product adheres to the established design, features, and technical description: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Due to the personalized nature of bespoke apparel—crafted to individual measurements and aesthetics—these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.
Eligible returns for standard inventory must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt. Grounds for return include:
Merchandise must remain in pristine, unworn condition with original tags intact.
Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer) within 3-5 business days.
Standard Orders: May be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
Bespoke Orders: May be cancelled within a strictly enforced 12-hour window post-settlement for a full refund. Beyond this period, raw material procurement and production scheduling render the order non-cancellable and non-refundable.
If an item deviates from the agreed-upon design or quality, detailed photographic evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to our support desk. NØVÁRE reserves the right to evaluate the claim to authorize a local modification, exchange, or refund.
